Constantly Checking your Phone to avoid interaction with others.

Action to be Practiced –

  • Practice being present in the moment and engage in Face to Face Conversations.
  • Use Technology as a Tool instead of creating Distance.

And What are you just scrolling in your phone screen only, that awkwardness, that behavior going to be your habit.

Always Being Late and Lacking Time

You Don’t make proper plans on Advance, end up with always late and lacking time management skills. Planning everything at the spot make things mess, and put you in panic.

Action to be Practiced –

  • Respect your time and time of others by being punctual.
  • Set your Priorities ,allocate time efficiently.
  • Disciplined approach to productivity and reduce stress.

Make Excuses And Ignorant Behavior – 

Make Excuses after any mistake or mess, Even if you notice but you never admit that it’s your Fault . Why ? Reason behind I guess you afraid how you gonna deal with peoples.

  • Admitting mistake is a sign of strength, not weakness.

A Negative Energy And Blaming Yourself –

You always thought every misfortune happens to you, if anything goes you just blame yourself, that you’re life is hell, It’s your fault, you just giving the daily dose of that negative energy to yourself.

  • Being True to Yourself in all Situations.
  • Being Real Attract Genuine Connections and Build Trust !
  • Being Consistent in you values and actions, make a strong sense of identity of you !

Dream/Wishing Vs Actions

Dreaming, Wishing for Perfect Life without taking any Actions.

Action to be Practiced-

  • Set Goal and take Actionable steps towards achieving them, however if you fail , it still boost your confidence that you are Man of your words !
  • Dreams become reality through consistent efforts.
  • Break down larger goals into small tasks, creates roadmap for success.

Negative Light about Others-

Notice the Flaws in people and share negative about them with any person you talk , makes you stupid, the person who don’t take care of anybody else, always be want to in spotlight, never give chance to anybody to talk and talk about themselves only, it makes people exhausting to be around you, and you end up with losing friends.

Don’t be selfish.

Feeling of Unworthy and Shrinking Limits  –

Believing your Flaws are Unforgivable. Reject yourself to be capable of something better to do.

Action to be Practiced –

  • Focus on your strength.
  • Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small is it.

The Person who think that Good thing is not for him and Bad thing is Best and Fun for him, are making themselves Comfortable and shrinking their limits.

Dead Life, No Growth –

Living Life as if it’s too late to change and Everything is Over.

Living your life like you are Dead for next 10-20 years.
