Why nothing is working?
“Why Nothing Working Out in My Favor, I’m putting too much effort and still struggling” I often ask these things to myself. No matter how hard I try, I’m still facing failure, failure, and failure again. I was more frustrated when I saw that someone had already achieved something in that field, that I am working better than them. I’m putting efforts in hours of work, investing my energy and money. Yet I am not getting results.

Feeling of Stagnation
Only negative thoughts come into my mind. Even Before starting something new, I already felt like it’s not going to work anyways. I often feel sick because of negative thoughts and frustrated from life. I feel sudden changes in my body like pain, weight lose and mentally disturbed. On a serious note, I was not growing financially, physically and mentally. Felt like my life was stuck and then is start observing why I was feeling this way, and why it’s happening to me.
Possible Reason Why Nothing Is Working Out
- Overworking Without Proper Rest – Sometimes we believe that more efforts will automatically give better results. But without proper rest, your productivity shrinks. Overworking can burn you out and affect your ability to perform effectively.
- Lack of Clear Goals – Without clear direction, you feel lost. Setting unrealistic and vague goals can lead to wasted efforts and progress.
- Worry About Failure – Negative self-beliefs can be the biggest challenge. If you constantly doubt your abilities, it becomes your mindset. Fear of failure often stops us from taking necessary risks or trying new challenges.
- Our Environment and Relationship – If you have belief in yourself that it’s going to work out, but that belief is judged by the environment or people around us can contribute to your struggle. A toxic workplace, unsupportive relationship, or stressful home life can drain your energy and focus.
